Trailers and Lots for Sale !

Leisure Lake Park is a private membership campground with different types of memberships.  A membership may be obtained in a private transaction between a current member holding a deed and the prospective buyer.  The purchaser of the deeded interest will obtain all of the rights of ownership of the previous owner without an initiation or membership fee and will be obligated to record their ownership with the Portage County Recorders Office. A membership under this scenario results in the purchase of a deeded lot with annual dues.

The other type of membership gives you all the rights of membership on a renewable basis, except voting rights for the first year. 
Upon joining the park, you will pay a membership fee and yearly dues, but will not hold a deed.  For more information on Lots available contact a board member or send email to info@leisurelakepark.com
