COMFORT STATION INFORMATION

The LLMA BOD is pleased to announce that the demolishing and construction of the new comfort station

 located near the maintenance building will begin as early as this week with a completion date of no later than

 May 1st, 2012. Details will be discussed at the membership meeting. Ken Mills Construction was awarded the

 contract by following our constitution and bidding process. Kent Tompkins - President LLMA

Leisure Lake Park located in Portage County at 5393 Route 225 is accepting bids for the demolishing and construction of a standalone comfort station. Blue prints are available along with the bidding requirements upon request.

Leisure Lake Park is a private campground operated by a Board of Directors and governed by a Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions (DCR) that requires us to seek out a minimum of 3 sealed bids. 

 Additional procedural requirements are outlined on the bidding requirements document.
